Manufacturer's product description

" Field & Trial Maintenance is a complete dog food, specially developed and formulated to support dogs with a low to moderate activity level. Maintenance is also suitable for dogs who have a reduced activity level or who are prone to weight gain on some of our other working dog formulations and dogs who might be resting or recovering out of season and so do not require an energy dense feed. This can help to reduce energy intake and help prevent excess weight gain.

Maintenance has been formulated with a protein level (18%) and fat level (11%) to support normal day-to-day activity and provides everything your dog requires to remain happy and healthy. "

Feed my Labrador/Collie cross this Skinners food. She's not a working dog, just a pet with the standard 2 walks a day & playing in the garden. I found the 15kg bag to be especially good value for money and, if you look at the ingredients, you'll see they're pretty much the same as food made for non-working dogs. My girl has a bit of a sensitive tummy as well and this stuff is doing wonders for her. I also like that you can feed it from 9mths onwards and working dog food is also VAT free so i'm saving money and making my dog happy all at once :)

I was buying my dog what I thought was a good quality market leader dog food and then discovered the ingredients. I vowed never to buy that particular brand again and after a little research into the different foods within my budget, I came across Skinners Field & Trial. Which has all natural ingredients and it is slightly cheaper than the one I was buying before. BONUS! The best thing is, after a week of feeding this to my dog he seem to love it! Will definitely be buying this again.
