I have found, for some while, an increased amount of jelly in the cans. This morning I scraped the jelly off Campfire stew and weighed the rest of the contents of the can. There was 300g left! Although the thicker is declared on the can, the gelling agent isn't. My dog had begun to scratch more often than normal. That's why I decided not to give him the jelly. The senior food also has an increase in the amount of jelly.

I use to feed my dog allergy special food and she would still have dry itchy skin and full anal glands. I started feeding her Lily’s wet food. (Lamb and chicken only) wet food and her skin has healed up dramatically and her anal glands need squeezing far less. Although it is more expensive in my experience you definitely get what you pay for my dog has also had more energy. I highly recommend.

My dog loves this as a 'treat' meal. The wild campfire stew sent her wild & she upturned the bowl just to make sure there wasn't any more hiding underneath! At 20kg it's too expensive for me to feed her this everyday but it's nice for a tasty change
