Just started my new rescue dog on this, she is about 9kg overweight. She seems to like it, the shelter sent her to me on Royal Canin Satiety kibble and canned loaf, but she had smelly wind and stinky poops so I switched to this and Butternut Box meat in the low fat varieties - fish, chicken and turkey. She has lost 1kg and has put some muscle mass on. She is a young dog about 18-24 months but very fat and had not been exercised but she loves being out now.
