Pet food recommendations - advice for members seeking help/suggestions

When requesting advice on which dog food to purchase, it would be helpful if members would provide the following information in their post:

    * Age, breed and activity level. 
    * Health issues including any intolerances that you have observed.
    * Details of food that you have tried and are currently using, including amount, any extras and treats.
    * Any issues that you have noticed yourself such as consistency of stool, the dog's appetite for the product being fed.
    * Details of any problems that you are experiencing and why you feel that a change of food is needed.
