« on: Oct 07, 2014, 00:31 »
As a concern of what's in the dog foods  we feed our dogs i decided to send some of the company's a email  of what they thought of  ingredients  that are not suitable for our dogs and confusing information that's found on the foods these were just a few  of the questions i asked and below is a reply from pedigree do you think this information is correct as they seem to have a poor rating on here.

Dear Michael,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm that we don't use artificial colours or flavours in any of our food and all of the raw materials are passed as fit for human consumption.

Our products are all produced with help from the vets and nutritionists at Waltham; the world's leading authority on petcare and nutrition and we go to a lot of trouble to make sure that they are nutritionally complete and easily digested.

Of course, if your dog is sensitive to one of the ingredients that we use in the food then the product may not suit and a hypo-allergenic diet is a better fit for your dog.

If you'd like any further advice or information, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Dog foods / Markus Muhle and other cold pressed dog food
« on: Oct 03, 2014, 19:49 »
just received this today first time i have tried it got a very good deal on it got 2 sacks 15kg for £48 including delivery which will last me around 2 months with the use by date isn't till Feb next year should be fine for freshness
the food its self would suite the larger breeds when it comes to the size of the pieces and if diesel was reviewing it for taste he would give it 11 out of 10 [forgive him hes not good with numbers  when he gets excited ] will have to give him daily amount in to 4 portions till he stops wolfing it down

General pet chat / Dogs or Cats or Both
« on: Sep 28, 2014, 19:49 »
what makes us decide whether to share our lives with dogs or cats or both as i love and respect all animals and feel sickened by peoples actions of neglect and cruelty towards them

why do we choose a dog or a cat is it to do with our upbringing  of having them in our lives from growing up  because as far as i can remember we never had cats only dogs

General discussion / why don't the big company's step up
« on: Sep 26, 2014, 18:36 »
while searching for the most suitable dog food for diesel my main concern was the right ingredient that were of a good quality  and within a certain budget and without this website would more than likely still be pulling my hair out  but ive  decided to try markus muhle naturnah complete. Up until now i had not heard of it before  so why can a smaller company like these produce the correct ingredient along with a good price but yet the bigger company's rant on about how good there food is and insist its the best food for our pets when 9 out of 10 times it clearly is not the case surly instead of spending millions on packaging and advertising why not actually make the right food for our pets because at the moment the only thing they care about is money
