Change is very necessary otherwise your dog may get bored of eating same type of food again and again. I keep changing the type of food my dog gets every other day so that he stays excited about the "newness" on his food bowl.

I used to give cashews, almonds, and peanuts to my dog until I read that dry fruits are not suitable as a dog food so I stopped serving my dog dry fruits. Thanks for starting this thread. I learned new tips by reading answers here.  :)

Thanks for the reply. My dogs love foods that contain grains but I give them food which sometimes contains good amount of grains and sometimes no grain at all. It depends upon what food is being prepared in my house. My dog gets most of the things what I eat.

Winter is comparatively fine. In monsoon season dogs suffer a lot from ticks and fleas. However, if the dog is properly vaccinated he won't get the fleas and ticks whatsoever may be the season.

I give my dog a soft rubber ball. He chews it most of the times. However, the ball doesn't last long. I was looking forward to some toy which my dog will love and it stays durable for at least couple of months.
