I had an awful experience with a very pushy trophy salesman the other week. only ordered a samples of their grain free food to add to my dogs diet while he recovers from being violently attacked. The accident made my dog more fussy with his food so thought I could add something different to his diet (lukullus and orijen mix). Instead I got a pushy sales rep bringing over this food sample and feeding my dog with over 60% grain based food, criticizing the food we feed him on at the moment (???) as having to many ingredients etc and pushing me to get a bag of this c... asap and to get rid of the diet I feed him now! he also said it's stupid to mix his food with (top quality) natural wet, raw based as it's to pricey and attracts flies! yep and to only feed him holistic dry extruded he sells as it's way better..he kept pushing for us to buy a big bag (even though our dog weights 7 kg). I don't have to say this sample did not agree with charlies tummy.. what else, he would not stop there, writing angry emails when I gave him my answer an explanation (and a link to this website..) even attacking my knowledge of food (and I'm a nutritionist!). Please be aware, they can be very pushy and call themselves nutritionist advisers even though they only get a few days training from trophy! my advice is to stay away
