Can you please up date fishmonger's finest adult. I did ask 5 months ago, I recommend the food to friends with dog with upset tummy but I can't tell them to compare as you still have the old ingredients.

My 1 year old Whippet/Bedlington Terrier cross has had a dodgy tummy since the day I got him! Tried so many products that were rated highly on this website and NOTHING worked except a wet vet Royal Cannin product that he would walk away from and once went 3 days without eating! Got this as a last resort as I was running out of ideas and it is AMAZING! He now grazes and his poo is always exactly as it should be! yes he seems to poo quite a bit more on this food but at least it doesn't smell at all and I can actually pick it up cleanly and easily. He is happy, I am happy and my wallet is happy too. Shame this product isn't rated highly when it has worked wonders for us.

We had our staff x on Royal Canin and although he was ok (ish- he had some red spots on his skin and had a thin coat) on that we weren't impressed with the reviews and price considering the ingredients in it. We changed to what seemed the best dry complete option Eden. However he could not digest this for some reason and became thin and his coat became thinner than ever! We changed to fishmongers finest after reading reviews as it seemed one of the most competitively priced hypoallergenic dog food with the fewest allergen ingredients. After a full 10kg bag his coat is a lot thicker, no red spots and shinier and he has put on a bit of weight (can no longer see his ribs). So fingers crossed this works well for our dog! We feed the salmon and potato, which he gobbles up as fast as anything else, it doesn't smell or look as you'd expect either so that's a bonus really.

This is the only food I could find that agrees well enough with my pug to stop her getting very red skin, digital cysts, and nasty spots all over her chin. Three ingredients in particular she is sensitive to are carrot, sweet potato, and alfalfa, which are in almost all dog foods, not to mentions grains!! But this food is great. The wet trays seem to cause her to flair up again, but the dry food has been great, and I wouldn't dream of moving her again after all the trouble we've had trying to find this one!!

Fishmongers finest Adult Would anyone know why this is rated lower than the puppy version? My pup loves fishmongers finest puppy (and it really sorted out a dodgy tummy he had on James Wellbeloved) but so does my two year old "pup"! I bought her a bag of this and now they're managing to eat their own food instead of sharing. Would this be considered a decent enough food for a 6kg miniature schnauzer? Does anyone have experience of feeding it? Thanks

amazing food. this food a great value, my gsd/bull terrier loves it. he went from super clear the room stinky gas along with soft gooey nasty poo, to no gas at all and poo that is firm, dark brown (unlike the corn colored yellow/brown of other foods) with very little smell. This food is the only food i'll feed him now. hes gained 1.5 kilo in a week since beinging on this.. amazing stuff love it <3

Have just started my westie on fishmongers finest..potato and salmon wet food for 7+. So far my dog is getting better by the day. I have seen such an improvement. He's certainly not scratching as much. He just seems a lot happier . He's even wanting to go out for walks now.

I am very frustrated with this product. I have fed my Siberian huskie on it since she was a puppy. Now she has yeast infections in both ears due to a food allergic reaction. Her fur smells and she is not in good shape. A growth formed by her eye also and had to have it removed. I am not happy with this product at all. Potato is one of the main ingredients and potatos are not good for dogs. I have now started researching products as you would have thought if they are selling it that it would be good for them. very unhappy.

It is the carbohydrate like rice and potato that is found in dog foods that causes the yeast problems. Raw feeding is the way to go here. Dogs don't need those starchy carbs. I rate Fishmongers finest as one of the better kibbles. It helped my girl tremendously but I just wonder if anyone should be feeding kibble it is so un-natural

Great for digestive problems. It has no grains not even rice which seems to be the problem for my dog, Within days of use you can see the difference and by two weeks it is really noticeable and by a month the coat shines beautifully. I have recommended it to others and have heard all positive reports so far.
