Is anyone able to look into Butchers dog food at all please? We have always bought this but recently it has been surrounded by a thick layer of jelly (we use the loaf type) which was not there before. I guess this is another company cost cutting and replacing the meat with the cheaper jelly - not impressed.

Hi Sylvia. I'm not aware of any formula changes so it could just be a bad batch. I think your best bet would be to contact them directly. Do let us know if anything comes up.
