Why does it say "protein" after the type of meat i.e "wild boar protein". Why not just say wild boar?

Peas are the third ingredient and 13% seems very high. Would appreciate a review if this one and is it really 80% meat as it appears it could be clever marketing.

We thought we give this a try as a switch from Canagans. Unfortunately it's not worked out for our dogs, their toilet habits have not been good. We're also not a fan of the kibble size. The small is very small and the bigger kibble is quite a lot bigger than Canagans.

Can we have a review of this please?
